DB Print Supply Refund Policy
At DB Print Supply, we take pride in providing high-quality DTF printers, consumables, and printing equipment to support your business. Please review our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.
General Policy
All refund requests are subject to approval by DB Print Supply. Because of the specialized nature of our products, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations & Transaction Fees
If a refund or cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued minus any non-refundable credit card or transaction fees charged by our payment processor (Shopify, PayPal, etc.).
These fees are non-recoverable, even when a transaction is canceled or refunded, and generally range between 2.9%–4% depending on the payment method.
Equipment Sales (DTF Printers, Parts, and Accessories)
All DTF printer and equipment sales are considered final once the order has been processed. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if:
• The wrong item was shipped, or
• The product arrived damaged and was reported within 5 business days of receipt.
Any approved return must be pre-authorized and returned in its original, unopened packaging.
Consumables (Film, Ink, Adhesive Powder, etc.)
Due to the nature of these products and contamination risks, consumables are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Before filing a dispute or chargeback, please contact us directly at dbprintsupply@gmail.com. We’re happy to review any issue and work toward a fair resolution. Chargebacks may delay or prevent further action.
